You can easily find the software for download on the internet just search for LEDVision

Does this board support a static images stored without a controller?

No, you will need some type of input (computer, controller, etc.) . There is no on-board storage for images or videos.

to Seller: Do you have a troubleshooting guide, the software is not detecting the card, environment diagnostics shows no issues?

I had the same issue. These cards require 1GB net connection and both your router/switch and the computer must also be 1GB LAN connection. Some older network adapters and routers/switches just won’t work.
