This has been the best book of songs. My girls play the cello and trombone and they love being able to play the same music together. And I love that they are excited to play. They did have to ask their music teachers how to play a note or two from a couple of the pieces, which tells me it was prefect for their intermediate levels.

Most of my trumpet literature consists of method books and classical works. I was looking for something outside of what I currently own. Needed something fun not too difficult but still provide a challenge. This book offers several pieces w time and key changes throughout, you must be on your toes to keep up ;). Great book includes many BIG Blockbuster Hollywood movies, such as Harry Potter and more. Online access provides piano parts (PDFS), demo audio (orchestral acc. & a track of a soloist playing your part), plus special software allowing for practice w demo tracks. It's a great package deal for the low cost it is, lots of fun. The book is just enough of a challenge for advanced high school students or even adults who want something familiar and fun to play but don't want something extremely challenging either.

Fun collection of songs to play. Some songs are a little slower with the tracks, but it’s still a great book with fun songs to learn and play.

I initiated a return because it did not have a CD. However, after following the instructions, I found I could download the product directly onto my laptop, so I am very happy and will not be returning it.

Even if you only know a few of the songs, it would still be worth it. They're super fun to play along with. It's something interesting to throw into your normal practice regimen. I always have trouble staying interested in practice for practice's sake, but this keeps things fun. They're not super challenging, although some are not easy either. So I think it's good for most levels of us amateur players.

Great music for trombone. 6th grader able to play music but certainly room for growth as he becomes more experienced over the next few years.

Pour trompette si bémol. Niveau correct (entre 1et et second cycle). Très grande diversité des morceaux et en grand nombre (je ne les ai pas encore toute joué car au final on joue souvent les mêmes). Mon avis sur les musiques : - Positif: star wars, magicien d'oz, seigneur des anneaux, 007, rocky, panthère rose, superman, Indiana Jones. - Négatif: harry Potter, Certaines de 007. L'orchestration est bien évidemment du synthétiseur mais très bien fourni et tres agréable comme accompagnement. On se croit parfois au milieu de l'orchestre. Il y a 2 versions par musique : - Trompette pour nous guider - Sans la trompette Ne faite pas la même erreur que mois, n'achetez pas le livre star wars (avec dark vador sur la page de couverture rouge) car toutes les musiques sans exception sont exactement reprises dans ce livre. Bref, je recommande sans hésiter car c'est vraiment plaisant à interpréter des musiques de films.

Arrangiamenti di scarsa qualità. Sconsiglio vivamente. Per un allievo è praticamente impossibile suonare con la base, visto che le basi ritmiche sono piuttosto assenti, così, mentre si suona non si riesce a seguire la base musicale.

Ein super Notenheft für alle Fans bekannter Filmmusik! Das Heft enthält 60 Stücke, die meisten davon aus "Star Wars", "Harry Potter", "James Bond" und "Herr der Ringe".(Die komplette Titelliste kann gegoogelt werden). Wer also sowieso überlegt sich ein Notenheft zu oben genannter Filmmusik zuzulegen, ist mit "Ultimate Movie Instrumental Solos" u.U. besser beraten, da eigentlich alle wichtigen Stücke vorhanden sind und sich die Sammlung nicht nur auf einen einzigen Film beschränkt. Im Vergleich zu anderen Notenheften ist der Preis von diesem hier darum einfach unschlagbar:) Meiner Einschätzung her sind die Noten sowohl für Anfänger als auch für Fortgeschrittene gut geeignet, da die Stücke unterschiedlich anspruchsvoll sind. Wenn ich es richtig in Erinnerung habe, erstreckt sich der Tonumfang bis auf's a''. Auf der beiliegenden CD befindet sich zu jedem Stück sowohl die Begleitung mit Melodiestimme, als auch ohne. Die Qualität der Begleitung finde ich hervorragend - endlich mal eine CD, die sich auch nach richtigem Orchester anhört! Außerdem sollen wohl auch die Noten der Klavierbegleitung als PDF vorhanden sein, dies habe ich jedoch noch nicht überprüft, da ich diese bis jetzt nicht benötigt habe. Ein super Notenheft, das ich auch nach 3 Monaten noch gerne zur Hand nehme, um mein Trompetentraining etwas aufzulockern! :)

Bought this only because we needed a particular piece for grade 4 trumpet. It turns out that it is full of great pieces that people love to listen to and play. The CD lets you firstly listen and learn it from a track that plays your piece in full then the following track is backing music only for you to play along. The cover is soft and you can bend it back to ensure the page stays open when upright on a stand. Recommended.

Sehr viele unterschiedliche Stücke in unterschiedlichen Schwierigkeitsgraden. Ausgezeichnete Playbacks. Leider kein Ringbuch und daher schlecht auf den Notenständer zu stellen. Mut zum Knicken! Aber dafür gibt es bei so viel Stoff keinen Stern Abzug. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!
