Yes it's a different pin out it's custom for the keyboard. A standard pinout will not work or transfer data properly.

Is there a Mac version with a command and option keys?

On a Mac, when you first get this keyboard, the keyboard Alt key is equivalent to option (⌥) and the keyboard "Windows" key is equivalent to command (⌘). The key locations are swapped compared to a standard Mac keyboard, but you can use the macOS system preferences to swap the meaning of the two keys. Go to the Keyboard settings and look for the "Modifier keys" panel. Note for MacBook users: in the Modifier Keys panel, at the top there is a pull-down menu labeled "Select keyboard". MAKE SURE TO SELECT "USB-KEYBOARD" because when you open the panel it always defaults to the the internal keyboard. Unless you notice this, your changes to the modifier keys will have no effect for the Cloudnine keyboard.

My work computer is an iMac. Would any/all of the features not work on a Mac?
