Car fob
I have needed a replacement fob for my 2013 equinox so I looked at the reviews on this one and ordered it the only thing I wish is that I had done it sooner. Watch a video on YouTube also learned about the key part having a pin in it so I could take it off and put the key on the new fob. Programming the fob was Super super easy did what the video said and works perfectly. Seems to be a nice fob

Key fob
After you get this you have to find someone to cut the key before you can program it to your car. One place we tried said they would not cut the key if it was not purchased there. It would have cost $110 to purchase another one. We live in a rural area and we used the locksmith that was listed online with the company that sold this and he came from 45 min away and cut the key and programmed it in the drive way for $70 and it works great. Just know that there may be more expense than the cost of the key fob on Amazon.

2014 Chevy Equinox
2014 Chevy Equinox LT with remote start , remote works perfect with the locks and remote start. Looks nearly identical to the factory remote minus the Chevy Bowtie. The remote was very easy to program if you have one working original key. It took less than 5 minutes to program the new key once the blank was cut. The programing instructions are in the owners manual. The hardest part was finding a place that was able to cut the blank. I found a local Chevy dealer that had the machine . I also spoke to an Ace hardware store that had the machine to cut the blank. Not sure on longevity since I just got the remote but I have no reason to believe the remote won't hold up.

Perfect!
Both of our Keyfobs blew out at the same time. This pack of two was economical and served our purpose. As an FYI it cost us 35 dollars apiece to have the keys ground out to match the old ones and the locksmith charged us 10 each to program the keys for us! But so far we are happy with our purchase.

Didn't fit
Didn't fit the board of my sonic. Waste the money but I cut the fob before fitting, so I don't qualify for a refund

Easy process since it came with the circuit board and battery already assembled.
Everything came assembled. I went to Ace Hardware and paid $15 to cut a "sidewinder" key. It took a couple of minutes to cut it and about 20 seconds to self-program it. 5 minutes or less at Ace and I was on the road with a new key and fob. I am only on day 1 with the new key, but so far, everything has gone great! There was no need to disassemble the old remote and switch out the circuit board. So, $30, and I had a new key up and running.
