DexShell Ultralite Waterproof Breathable Biking Socks

I am very surprised how well these work. They feel a bit weird upon first wearing them, it is difficult to describe, its as if they wont be comfortable but they are great to run in, and even wet are very comfortable. I've been out running in them in heavy rain to test them, my Gel Nimbus 17's where squelching as they where so sodden, yet my feet where dry, the outside would get cold with each splash .... Thus cooling my feet, then the water would warm up and act like water in a wetsuit making my toes warm. The socks are most certainly exceptional value for money and I do recommend them for cold wet weather running. The only down side ( if it is one) with the trainer sodden the breathability seemed to deteriorate as saturation ensued ,leading to my feet sweating, but much better this than cold wet toes on long runs ( more importantly, your feet would be warm if you needed to stop due to injury miles from anywhere) This product far exceeded my expectations 10/10 As for durability, As I will only be wearing them in the worst of weather Im sure I will get good use out of them

I wanted some waterproof socks to wear under socks when riding my motorbikes. It doesn’t matter how good your socks or boots are, the cold and wet always find a way in! I’ve just returned from a tour of Europe on my bike and these socks were a game changer. The material was comfortable and felt pretty normal and I absolutely felt toastie and completely dry! Excellent product and well worth the money

These are good, however, I do think that water can get through during heavy downpours.

Really surprised, these actually work. Kept my feet dry even when my trainers were soaked through. Bit odd in that it feels like your feet are getting wet because the coldwater is sloshing round your toes, but when you get home your feet are completely dry and uncrinkly. Had them a while and they’ve been washed lots of times and still waterproof. True to size and nice thickness, feel like slightly stiff socks when you put them on but very comfortable. Bit tight around the ankle but guess that’s to keep water out.

These are the best waterproof socks I've had. They're comfortable to wear all day long, and don't feel like your feet are stuck in unbreathable rubber. My feet tend to get, even in the thinnest bamboo (viscose) socks, so I was really surprised that my feet didn't overheat. The socks are comfy, and don't require me to go a show size up or anything drastic. I've now bought my second pair

Brilliant pair of socks keep feet dry

Good quality, sturdy and helpful keep feet dry and warm unless the water runs down your legs when wearing shorts, however dont think its a negative, it would be very hard if not impossible to prevent water getting in that way and still have comfort Im a professional dog walker and im out in all weather, 1 winter in them under my belt and they definitely made it more bareable!

Used only three days before a hole tore in the heel and they started leaking.

I was skeptical at first about these based on the reviews but I'm ordering another pair. I put these on over my ankle socks to test. I put my toes in a water dish to test them and it worked so then I put my foot under the sink and let the water run, it looked like the water was soaking up a little bit, but 90% of the water ran off and even though it looked like it soaked up a little bit of water my under sock never got wet. I'll be ordering more for sure. Can't wait to take these on the trail! (My review photo is AFTER I put the one under water.

I can't speak for its durability, but I got a real-world test a few weeks ago during a downpour in Vancouver, BC. I was wearing my normal cycling shoes from Southern California, which are mesh. We were hit with crazy hard rain and the shoes quickly filled with water, but the socks kept my feet warm and dry--miraculously, my feet didn't sweat despite the water proofing. I'm sold. Great way to keep your feet dry in wet weather if you don't want to buy waterproof shoes.
