Do you need to apply this to aluminum pressfit BB?

Need to? No. Wise to? Yes. It is useful for all BB press fit installations whether the frame is carbon fiber, steel, aluminum, or titanium. As good as mfg tolerances may be, there will be slight gaps between shell and BB which this product will fill. End result, WAY less likely to get an annoying creak.
