Easy to program and work as advertised. Good product overall.

I bought this last April. It's easy to set up and worked well for me. However it stopped working for me in this Jan. I connected their product support, they responded quickly and sent me the replacement as warranty.

For years I used a Intermatic digital timer which was so easy to use but when the timer keep blinking after battery replacement it was time for another. I did order another Intermatic but it didn't work so I ordered this one. Instructions are fairly easy, compact in size, buttons size isn't bad, quality seems good. If you want the timer to go on sooner then set time, just press the button & the same applies for shut off. Isn't of spending money on replacement batteries just buy an inexpensive easy to set-up timer.

Love these digital timers for the holidays. I hated the noise the old rotary ones make, this one doesn't make a single tick. and at times the difficulty of setting those. This one makes things so easy to set and i never have to set them again... each year it's still at the same time. All I have to do is plug them into the wall and plug the strung lights in. Battery life seems great, however I do wish there was a way to replace the batteries if needed rather than have to re-purchase, however I would and did re-purchase as needed.

I’ve bought eight of these 24 hour digital programmable timers now, so that should tell you something. We use them for all our holiday decorations—indoor garlands, window lights, little accent lamps—so everything kicks on and off at the same time like a well oiled machine. It’s honestly super satisfying when the whole house lights up in sync and I didn’t have to flip a single switch. Programming them is pretty straight-forward once you do the first one. You can set multiple on/off times, so I have them turn on in the evening and shut off before bed, which has already saved us some electricity vs just leaving stuff on. I also like that the outlets feel solid, not loose or cheap, and the plug doesn’t sag out of the wall. Couple small downsides: the buttons are a little tiny and the interface is very “early 2000’s digital clock” vibes. Not a deal braker, but don’t expect some fancy smart-home app or anything. Also, if you’re moving them between outlets, you’ll want to double-check your settings, because it’s easy to forget what program you put where once you own a bunch like I do. Overall, for the price and the peace of mind (and not crawling behind furniture to unplug stuff every night), these are totally worth it—especially if you go a bit overboard on holiday decor like we do.

The timer works great and unlike my last timers they are silent.

Great timers. Easy to use & set. But if you have outlets at were installed upside down (WHY?) The timers don't work upside down. I was able to rig it though. Luckily not all the outlets in the house are upside down. The ones in regular outlets so work very well.

I love that you don’t have to plug in to three prong outlet so can connect to extension cord and not have to plug into ground in wall. Helped to make it more accessible. It was the reason I chose it. Very easy to program as well.
