No. You get 3 oz. more and it does make a difference in how full you feel.

bought the 12 pack.... went thru 2 bottles so far and find it leaves little pieces of what looks like plastic in my mouth.... literally !! Anyone else

I did have that problem, too. The stuff in the bottom seems to be some type of coagulation, but I didn't find it in the 14 oz. size, only in the 11 oz. size which is in cardboard cartons that leave a weird aftertaste. Premier Protein has quit making the 14 oz. size, (just verified when I called the company), ....so all that's left will be the little 11 oz. cartons, sadly.
