Does it matter if you mount them upside down? I'd rather the wider end be on along the bottom of the cars' mirror and it get narrower as it goes up.

I can't answer that. both mirrors fell of the first 20 - 30 minutes of driving on interstate 95 in Florida, don't buy them they are crap!

is this for the right side?

They have two in the package one for the right and one for the left

Better to add multiple blind spot mirrors on both side mirrors? Or will it be weird and confusing? Thanks!

You only need one blind spot mirror per side view mirror.

This product can use for 2022 toyota tacoma trd pff-road?

Yes. It sticks on an can be positioned any spot on your mirrors

Finally, non-intrusive blind spot mirrors!

I really don't like the "normal" circle ones, I wanted something a bit more sleek and discreet, and these are great! I originally installed on the upper right of the mirror, but was a little too distracting, moved it to the bottom left(drivers side) and it does a great job! Easy to install, easy to remove and redo when mirror is properly cleaned and prepped. I love em! 🙏 5/5! My G37x sedan has some issues with blindspots on the passenger side, these have fixed all my problems! I definitely recommend getting them!
