What are the dimensions of the patch(s) and how many patches are included?

I have only used the tube of neoprene queen for repairing wetsuit seams ( I purchased the tube only ).... judging by the tube size I would say the patches are approx. 3/4 in up to 1-1/4 inch

If I use this to patch my wetsuit, will the seal be waterproof?

Yes it will be fully waterproof

Is the glue itself black, white or clear?

Dark, pitch, black. Works amazing, I never use anything else.
