Dentek Dentek Slim Brush Cleaners, 32 Each (Pack of 4)

A year ago I switched to using these during my night routine because flossing picks weren't as effective. I haven't changed anything else besides using these and my dental hygienist has seen a noticeable difference in my gum health - my gingivitis is gone. Very much recommend if you're someone who doesn't like the whole process of flossing with string.

I use three sizes of Dentek brush cleaners after brushing in place of flossing a lot of the time, although I do floss once a day. The slim brushes are very handy for getting between tight teeth, and really do a good job of loosening stuck food particles (and even plaque), as well as gently stimulating gums. I like all three sizes of Dentek brush cleaners very much as tools in helping to maintain oral health.

I have to use these all the time and I have been using them for at least 15-20 years now. I use a combination of the large and small which very helpful in keeping the teeth clean. These are better than cheaper brands I have bought, though some of them were cheap enough that it makes them equal in cost.

In addition to brushing my teeth and flossing, I have found these little brushes very helpful for removing small pieces of food between teeth. I have tried several brands and the DenTek ones are the ones I have found both easiest to use and most effective.

These are inter-dental brushes used in removing food particles and preventing plaque between teeth. I have not begun to use these brushes yet as I have others of another brand that I haven't used up yet.
