Are these pads or a Velcro wrap?

They are not Velcro. They have adhesive on each end and it keeps the pads nice and secure. Just remember not to lay directly on area of your body where you place the heat pad (when lying down) because you can get a burn. Otherwise it’s heat is safe and just a wonderful warm relief for injury or arthritis pain.

is this product odorless?

As we all have a different sense of smell, please only take my answer with a grain of salt; i.e., l do not detect any smell attached to this product.

Does the ThermaCare heat pads ever expire?

I have used them 18 months after expiration. Maybe they were not as hot or lasted as long as non-expired wraps? However, they worked just fine.

No they are not reusable, but I wear one for up to 10 hours, use these frequently for my arthritis pain in my knees.
