Does this "completed" product include the S pen sensor sheet as represented in the advertised picture?

mine did not. i had to order it separate. Im actually waiting for a refund/replacement since the item did not function once i installed it. The screen/glass were bonded together but not glued to the digitizer effectively and the ribbon was torn at the top. Once the spen sensor was applied, there's no way to remove the digitizer from it without breaking the digitizer. I believe i was able to save the S-Pen sensor though. Im glad you asked because i didnt notice the s pen sensor depicted in the photo. I will bring that up to them as well to aid in the replacement/refund process

No it's not the full screen. Can't use it and plus I am being charged to send it back. Like really am disappointed.
