Does what it says but it is still a bit compromising for me
I needed a steel case for my kindle so I keep it safe when not in use and even safe from accidents that are prone in my case because of less space. I prefer keeping kindle bed side which is quite prone to accidents. Having locker was unimportant but fine for me to keep it safe from kids. This one fits perfectly for a kindle. I wish there was some gap so I could have padded its surroundings too.

The lock got jammed and wouldn't open Had to pry it open and risk scratchingy jewelry inside

The box wouldn't open. Defective piece. But replaced on notifying seller.
The lid is stuck inside right from unboxing the product. The product can't be used. Edit: Upon notifying seller, a good piece was delivered and the old one taken. I'm now using it without trouble for the last several months.

Das ist mal wirklich ein gutes Versteck und dann auch noch mit Zahlenschloss zu verriegeln. Der Buchtresor macht einen soliden Eindruck - es ist zwar nicht unzerstörbar, wie andere Geldkassetten auch, doch allein die Möglichkeit es im ersten Moment als Buch zu tarnen ist eine gute Idee. Wenn der Buchrücken besser abgerundet wäre, könnte es noch einen Tick unauffälliger wirken. Klare Kaufempfehlung.
