Is the brim of the hat flat all the way around? The pictures are a bit deceptive.

The brim isn't flat, Steven. The sides curl up a little when the hat is on. My husband purchased two of them and they look great!

Is this hat crushable or hard top and can you change the headband with a different strap

Not sure about the head band. I've never tried to change it. The hat is truly crushable. I have stuffed it the sleeve of my jacket many times and always comes out perfect. I love this hat.
