Good absorption and easy to swallow
Love this vitamin D supplement. The pills are tiny and easy to swallow, it seems to be very effective, especially in the winter when I notice a mood change when I’m not getting enough sun. Pop a couple of these babies and it seems to alleviate some of the depression. Also, I’ve read that they are die free and have clean ingredients, always a plus.

If you have very extreme allergies and need to be careful about what fillers are in different supplements than this might be an answered prayer to you! Prenatals are very hard when you have reactions to random things, but the quality of this is incredible!

So far, I would recommend this brand
I use these a lot during the pandemic. This is a smaller dose, but I’ve tried to use this brand a lot because I can’t have gluten and they’re supposed to be nausea. GMO.

An easy way to use several times a day for prescribed dosing
I am glad to have this because it is an integral part of a protocol for increasing bone mineral density in osteopenia. The amount I need to take is 5000IU daily, but since the body's capacity for Calcium is 500mg at the time, I will need to divide the Vitamin D3 doses into smaller portions. This product will allow me to do just that.

No aftertaste and have not given me any stomach issues. I take two a day. Pure Encapsulations is a brand I trust as I like their clean ingredients.

Ich habe eine bereits abgelaufene Packung erhalten. Das darf vor allem bei Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln nicht passieren. Eine Rückgabe oder Reaktion auf meine Beschwerde war bis jetzt nicht möglich bzw. hat es nicht gegeben. Sehr schwach, gerade bei einem hochpreisigen Produkt.
