Pretty good system, Bought the system + 1 motion sensor separately about 100 dollars invested in system and it does everything my old system did except call the police. I was paying 31.99 per month for something I can do on my own. The alarm is very loud for it's size and alerts to intrusion quickly. Both me and the wife has the app on our phone, the only thing it doesn't do that I would like to do is send a notification when armed or disarmed

Great price, good delivery, and excellent performance. No instructions included, but pairing with base unit is fairly simple. Push the "add" button then turn on the sensor to activated it. If the base unit provides a function to name the unit and to select when the unit activates the alarm, all is well.
