25 Pound Chow Hound Pet Feeder

It’s great so my dog can eat whenever he is hungry while still being sealed due to the magnets on the metal doors. I love this feature because I don’t get ants or mice coming to eat his food. I don’t use the hanging feature. Instead, I have it sitting on a small plant holder so it is at my dog’s height. Only downside is that the food doesn’t slide down on its own very well, so I go out every morning and night to lean it forward so the food will slide down and to the front. This size holds about 3 weeks worth of food for my 75 pound dog.

My WiFi auto feeder kept losing signal. Plus cat would eat dog’s food first. This simple feeder lets Dog get the food without cat stealing it. So big I don’t need to refill so often. Small enough to keep in kitchen. Good outdoors too. Dog adapted in two days. I’m SO glad I bought this!

This is the 3rd one I have bought, 2 from another company, but the 12 lb version is hard for my LGD to use. This one is great, I mount them in each pasture for the LGD. It keeps food dry even in rain.

Will you have owned two of these in the past, the only thing that happens is they may rust out but otherwise overall this has been a good product. The only disappointment is they don’t make them in a larger size like I used to have where I could store 40 pounds of dog food at once. I did put a magnet behind the door to keep it open so the dog would feed out of it. Otherwise, if the doors closed, he will not eat out of it.

Keeps the food dry and the mice out

I ordered this for our outside dog that eats a ton of food, this has been a great addition to have. I can fill it up and leave it for a few days before I have to check on it. My door didn't get use to the door of the container so I did have to prop it open a little bit, but it's extremely easy to use and refill.

I got it for days that I know I won’t be home at usual time so my dogs are never without food. I am not even sure they have ever used it.
