Does it fit a mans large head

No, it does not fit large heads.Cap simply does not cover a large head, no matter what you do with adjustment strap. I bought this cap and was not able to use it.

is it sized to fit up to 7 3/4

Maybe they change the model. My hat size is also 6 3/4, which very hard to find a hat to fit. I have a grey and a blue, both fita nd were purchased in 2021. The adjustable scrap is maxed out and hanging on to last bit of velcro. It also fits close to the head with I like, vs a trucker style. Currently, they are my favorite caps. I wish they came in more colors like green.

Thanks for your question! This particular style has been made in Cambodia and in China. We work with manufacturing partners in several countries including the United States where we make some of our winter styles.

Where are they made ?

China Its a great hat for runners. I train in the Arizona desert heat and this has been my best hat for lightweight and cooling.
