I have been struggling with hormone-related nausea and migraines for months, and this band really does help me. I started wearing it at night only, just to help me get relief so I could sleep. Lately, I keep it on almost 24/7 because I can tell such a difference without it. It is tight, especially at first, but not uncomfortable and definitely worth it.

Great for migraines
The bracelet is very small, but surprisingly fit my wrist in a snug way. I suffer from chronic migraines, but also purchased this due to pregnancy & it was very helpful. It only lasted approx 1.5 weeks out of the package.

Cute But No Change
I did try those out, I get bad headaches almost daily. I was really hoping that these would make a difference however I did not notice a change at all. The only plus is the product is cute.
