Is this really Gluten Free? Why Yes it is! McCormick knocked this one out of the park! This gravy mix surprised myself and my family. It's what you expect a good gravy to taste like. It thickened up nicely, the texture was on par, super easy to mix up -- just add water! The size of the packets are the same as others, so, no surprises there. The quality was super - it's McCormick! As for sodium content, it is a little on the salty side, so if you are watching your sodium intake, this may be a consideration. You can always dilute it a little. We will purchase again and again...

This is very salty so make sure you 1.5-2x the liquid it calls for. Otherwise tastes good once diluted, can’t tell much difference from the gluten-full one. Essential for holidays where you are cooking for a large crowd, so many people are cutting out gluten these days and I like having these on hand so they can enjoy gravy like everyone else.
