failed just after 3 month, pressurized housing, next to pump, cracked and start leaking. it is impossible to rectify as it is high pressure part, so, very week plastic for this amount of pressure. This is not quality control issue, it just bad engineering solution.

Bought in sept 2022..suddenly not working in June 2023. Internal pump is leaking. Bad quality product. To avoid or make sure you have a good warranty

Purchased one year ago. Easy to use and clean. My wife and I use it every night. This is corded version as I could see no benefit in a cordless model. NOTE: Recent problem. Machine turned off and both lights blinking orange, no water flowing. Nothing Philips suggested worked. Found an easy fix. I figured the problem was water flow. I removed the reservoir and checked the rubber gasket in the top of the pump housing by VERY gently probing it with the nozzle to make sure it was clean, no buildup, and no air bubbles. Then I checked the valve in the bottom of the reservoir to make sure it was clean and easily opening and not blocked. Then I filled the reservoir with hot water, made sure the water was going through, and turned the pump on at the highest pressure setting. Using just the handheld wand without the nozzle, I turned it on and let the hot water run through until the reservoir was empty. The flosser has been working fine ever since.

I love the size of this Phillips and the fact that I don't even have to go up to 10 to get a really strong pulse even with just the clean button...not the deep clean. It is very quiet, not too big, and unlike some (Waterpik) it comes with a cover ...but no hinge, but apparently you can buy a cheap hinge. I love it as I had a travel flosser from another company and it always seems to fade or need to be charged and the buttons were confusing. This is simple and perfect although I have only tried the regular flosser not the quad stream. It doesn't swivel but I don't need that but some might. Also have a phillips travel flosser that I love.

Lo recomiendo ampliamente, tiene bastante potencia en el chorro de agua para una limpieza profunda. Con llenar el recipiente de agua es más que suficiente para limpiar tu dentadura a fondo.
