Hi all, I think this is the first review I've ever left on here, but thought all things considered this might help somebody else. Just before Christmas I ended up in excruciating pain with what I thought may have been an internal roid giving me some jip. Over Christmas I could hardly sit down properly, going to the loo would genuinely almost make me sick, I'd be on the deck within 30 seconds and almost in tears. I'd used Anusol and Germaloids, nothing was working (to be fair the 4 way Anusol is half decent, but towards the end I used it in conjunction with this). I checked the reviews, and took a punt on this stuff. It's amazing. Truly. Now, it works really quick and feels like washing your nuts with that Tea Tree oil shower gel, bit tingly, but it will take a while to sort everything out properly. After a few weeks of pain at the loo I went to the docs and he reckoned I had a fissure - beautiful... I got another tube of this (used three since Christmas), he said keep using what seemed to work and as of last weekend (25/1) no pain, no nothing. I have changed my diet and I NAIL water and in a funny way I'm glad this happened because it's made me healthier, I take fibre supplements too. I'm rambling a bit, but this stuff did really work for me. After the pain, the relief and being back to normal feels incredible. I would listen to what people say about diet etc, it really helps. When you're going through it it genuinely feels like it will never end - but for me, thankfully, it has. Anyone out there suffering, give this a go, see if it helps.

Within 12 hours of the first application and the excruciating pain and inflammation had gone! I am amazed as other proprietary creams just barely worked. Truly wonderful!!

I’ve been using this ointment for a while now due to long-term haemorrhoid issues, including significant pain and bleeding. From my experience, I can’t say this product is a cure, but it does help to relieve the pain temporarily. The cream is easy to apply and does provide a soothing effect after use, which makes it helpful during more uncomfortable periods. However, the relief doesn’t last long, so it needs to be reapplied when symptoms return. Overall, it’s useful for short-term comfort and managing symptoms, but it hasn’t resolved the underlying issue for me.

Soothing, no irritation. Solved my pain and itching fast. My piles reduced quickly. Easy to use, hopefully don’t need again but good value for money so am happy if I have to buy again. Easy to use, good quality product.

Used a lot of other creams before, but this one i think is the best I’ve ever tried. I saw such a big difference, even from the first time. Strongly recommend it.

Unfortunately this treatment didn’t really help me as In the “ end “ ☺️ I actually needed a Drs prescription brand as I had issues after bowel surgery However it may help other ppl as I have heard it’s good stuff

Having tried everything else on the market (and I mean everything) and also prescription stuff from the GP, this is the only product that has actually worked. Mind you, you have to stick with it. This is the 3rd tube I have purchased from Amazon and although it gave short term relief over a period of about six weeks, it has finally 90% cured the pain, itching and soreness I've experienced for a couple of years now. Use it morning and night and (if you need to) during the day. Can't begin to tell you what a difference it has made to my life which was becoming a nightmare, especially with the itching at night. It has also after these couple of months of use, shrunk my piles by about 50%. Quite pricey and if you use it like I do, it doesn't last long, but in my opinion, absolutely worth every penny. Not going to lie, if I knew what rubbing capo rub on your poop shoot was like I reckon it would be exactly like using this product! My rim was both hot and cold and at the slightest whiff of a breeze, absolutely freezing!! Trying to walk was like tightly holding red hot lava between my cheeks! Wowzers this is not for the faint hearted, and I lasted all of about 6 minutes before I had to remove it and soothe the sacred ring before applying aloe-blinkin-vera. No wonder it says it shrinks hemmys in 24 hours they’re literally running away from this product! Never again.
