Are these water resistant? Are these recommended for use while running?

The water resistance level of Life P2 Mini is IPX5. Yes, you can use the Life P2 Mini for running.

Will it connect to galaxy s10?

I have an iPhone but that shouldn’t matter. It should be universal.

how many phones/devices can these ear buds be paired to? thank you

The Life P2 Mini don't support multi-point pairing, the earbuds can only be paired to one device.

Does this have adjustable EQ modes on the Soundcore app?

This model does not use a phone app (one of the reasons I preferred it as it was not spying on my choices) but it does have three EQ modes that you can adjust by tapping on the ear bud when you are wearing them.
