Do these fit on the new touch pro controllers?

No, these are for Quest 2 controllers.

Any luck checking to see if works with Anker dock ?

I don't use the Anker dock, but I know that the dock comes with different battery covers that are required to connect for charging so these wouldn't work with it. I just use rechargeable batteries with these grips.

Is the strap made of real leather or PU leather?

Not made of leather at all. Nylon adjustable strap. Works great and comfortable.

Will this work on quest 3 controller?
