These were expensive but you get what you pay for. These are a good quality metal, will not bend, and the gate lock is good for removing and replacing your sling or strap.

Some might say that these clips are expensive but in my case, they're what keeps my camera and lense (worth a few thousand dollars) safely attached to my camera neck strap. It just wouldn't make sense to buy cheap clips unless I want to end up with a very expensive paperweight. These are strong, well made and worth every penny.

Well machined and nicely finished. Ideal size to connect your wrist or neck strap to your camera, allowing quick removal and attachment. They are the perfect size for this purpose, and are so light, I don’t see any additional weight on my camera.

I really hate writing bad reviews but this is for the sake of all the nice and expensive cameras out there. The clip found a way to open up and unclipped TWICE! The second time, my camera fell and SMASHED ON THE GROUND after only trying to don the strap over my shoulder. The clip is not damaged and the spring feels tight, so it leads me to believe that the design allows it to unclip itself during normal manipulation. During normal activities, the clip must spin around in such a way that the carabiner gate opens up and releases. Which DEFEATS THE WHOLE PURPOSE of a camera clip. I have a newer Sony A7 camera with normal triangle ring hooks for straps. Anyway, don't say nobody warned you.

These tiny pieces of hardware do a great job in keeping your metal camera strap hardware away from your expensive camera hardware. They are hella expensive, and they don't come with a leather protector like many other far cheaper connectors. But hey, as Ralph Waldo Emerson taught in the 19th century, a lesson still valid today, "If a man has good corn or wood, or boards, or pigs, to sell, or can make better chairs or knives, crucibles or church organs, than anybody else, you will find a broad hard-beaten road to his house, though it be in the woods."

Not sure why these little tiny clasps were $17 !! Should be more like $5. They are stiff and hard to operate.

These work great for my Nikon DSLR. They are strong enough to hold the weight of the camera, lens and flash. I occasionally need to remove the strap and they make it quick and easy.

So these hooks are very high quality and do exactly what they say they do. This basically allows me to swap between different straps very easily. However, on further research you can buy a pack of 10 of these (without the split rings) for a few pounds, the split rings can also be purchased for a few pounds too. These are extremely overpriced for what they are, considering you can DIY 10 of these for less than half price of what two of these cost! But if you’re lazy and just want to purchase a complete product with no faff then you can’t go wrong with these!
