a bargain among junky competitors
installed easily with high quality fittings. after living with it a while, i'm in love with the plastic materials after worrying it would feel "cheap". hansgrohe isnt stupid. All black painted metal bath fixtures in this price range will peel. the light weight is nice and I'd rather break a plastic wand than put a chip in my tile floor if i drop it. the soft hose wont scratch the valve/trim when it inevitably rubs it...this is a big deal for delicate black finishes. run hot water for 10 minutes and the hose relaxes and drapes correctly.

Basic transportation
I replaced my decade old hansgrohe unit which had grown finicky. Easy install. Less metal and more plastic, less adjustments with this unit. Realized this ordering but opted to buy a budget rather than expensive model. So far has worked fine. It sprays and the limited settings work for my showering needs.
