I saw reviews stating coldness doesn’t last long. If you need constant cold therapy maybe consider a machine. If you are wanting an ice pack for 15-30 minutes of treatment at a time, this will work well. You might find an ice back that stays cold longer but this is more than just an ice pack. I got the black XL size. I wear XL clothing in women’s and this made it entirely around my knee post knee surgery. Pros: Flexible gel pad conforms around you, lined with soft fabric, long stretchy straps with good quality velcro, stays cold for 15-30 minutes enough for 1 treatment, minimal condensation, full 360 coverage makes treatment more effective, cost for value. Cons: Sometimes I do wish the cold would last longer but I don’t think that’s possible with any gel type ice back. Also treatments aren’t for hours at a time and this tells me when time is up. I will just get a 2nd one because frankly they aren’t expensive for the quality. I would not consider this a brace as implied but you can definitely walk around with it if you need to without interrupting your cold treatment session. Pictures included of fit and instructions.

I love this XL Revix knee ice wrap so much I bought a second one. SO easy to use! Comfortable, flexible, gets the cold exactly where you need it. Definitely improved swelling and mobility after use. This ice wrap stays cold for the maximum 20 minute application recommended. Soft material, long straps, strong Velcro.

Not as flexible as I thought it would be. Even though it wraps around the knee it doesn't conform to the knee as shown in the picture. The 'furry' side is very soft. A decent ice pack but wouldn't buy one again for the price.

This ice pack for knee replacement surgery worked out very well. I used the plastic wrap bag that came with it and put it in the freezer immediately and my husband used it when he came home from surgery. We are very pleased with it. I definitely recommend it.

Purchased this to help with recovery post knee surgery. Freezes quickly and keeps cold temp well beyond the medical providers 20 minute per use time. Large size wraps around my knee and Velcro straps firmly secure it. Highly recommend!

Ich habe mit die Kühlmanschette in den Größen "Standard und XL" bestellt. Beide machen einen guten und qualitativ ansprechenden Eindruck. Ich habe mich dann für die XL-Variante entschieden, weil die Auflagefläche größer ist und die Befestigungsbänder besser halten und sitzen. Die Kälte ist sehr angenehm und nicht aggressiv wie anderen Kühlpads. Das liegt zum einen an der großen Auflagefläche und zum andren am Fleecebezug auf der Kühlseite, was die ganze Sache schön angenehm macht. Ich bis sehr zufrieden mit der Manschette und würde sie wieder kaufen.

I recently had an arthroscope and lateral release on my left knee. Post Op Recovery requires x5 20 minutes RICE per day for inflammation. I was using flexible ice packs prior but they were individual and awkward to use on my knee I ordered the REVIX XL Cold Gel Pack after reading reviews as it would fit around my entire knee front & back. You can use it either side with the plush covering, or the other synthetic side, which I find colder on my knee. It has two large velcroe straps that hold in place and are effective. It takes 4 to 6 hours to freeze for 20 to 30 minutes of use and comes with a handy freezer protector bag to keep it clean when 🥶 👍🏼 Feels great on, nice and cold 🥶 and helping my recovery. Would be great for any inflammation or post workout treatments also. Happy with this purchase.
