Great unfinished nesting dolls.
They are great nesting dolls for crafting with kids and adults. All the dolls fit very tight and hard to open and close. I rubbed some wax/candle around the rim and they open much easier.

Quality product for crafting
These are excellent. I ordered them for my daughter and niece to paint. At first the pieces were a little hard to open, I used some dove cocoa butter soap, but you could use bees wax around the connectors to make it easier to pull apart. We did prime them with acrylic paint 3 coats. The girls are sketching out their ideas to paint. I will upload images when they are done.

Fun to decorate, may need sanding.
A little tough to separate, but with a little sanding, the problem didn't persist. With 2 sets, I chose the best looking piece from each set to paint a little family for a friend.

Like the smoothness, but not the fit
I like the smoothness of these items; however, the top and bottom halves are not sized well together. They are so hard to get apart. I will try to sand them down a bit to size them better, but because they didn't fit well, I have procrastinated on my project for many weeks now.

Well Made
Perfect size and well made. Solidly built and smooth wood. Easy to paint on. I used these to make 2 different sets of holiday decorations. Will likely buy more next year.

Snack holders !
Bought these plain nesting dolls thinking I’d get around to painting them. Instead, I discovered they make excellent secret snack holders. The smallest one currently houses a single Skittle. The medium one? Emergency gummy bears. The largest? Well, let’s just say I can smuggle half a packet of crisps into the living room without anyone noticing. Were they meant for this? Absolutely not. Do they excel at it? Without question. Five stars.

Cute Russian-look Stacking Dolls
These dolls are made well, tight fitting and sanded & ready to be painted. There are 2 sets. Nice size. I would buy again as they are well made.

Unfinished wooden nesting dolls
Great set of unfinished nesting dolls. I created a set of Pokémon characters to give to my friend’s son. The edges needed some sanding so that dolls would come apart easier as they were very tight.

A bit hard to open
It’s ok but very tight

Poor quality
One set is impossible to open, desperately tight. The other contained loose # 3. Return.
