I like the low profile knob but the diameter where you screw it to the steering wheel was too big and it slipped off when I was turning. So instead of returning it, I used double-sided tape to secure the knob, the rubber bushing and to take up the empty space so when I tightened it, there was no movement. I use it every day and so far, it's held up - no more slipping (knock on wood). The only thing I'd advise is that you do not lotion your hands before using it. Your hands will slip off of the knob and you risk losing control of your vehicle. Lastly, these knobs may be illegal in some states for commercial vehicles. Do the research.

I injured my thumb to where I can’t really grab the steering wheel.. originally bought another brand for my dump truck, and it was a game changer! Absolutely loved it! So I ordered these for my car and pickup truck and they make it so much easier to drive! These small ones are perfect for cars, works good for my pickup too, but I prefer a bigger one for my pickup and dump truck.. but both types are great! And for the price, you can’t beat it.. excellent purchase!

The cap pops off sometimes but beyond that it fits good

Works well, needed in car for after Rotator cuff surgery. Great for one hand driving. Had to add a thin piece of rubber to the inside top side of the ring to get it to grip tighter on my steering wheel.

blah, I'd pay twice the money if someone were to create one with better build quality. May be all metal with a Skate bearing. I will say that the top is perfect and the size is great too..almost invisible... It's just that the plastic is flimsy a f. and you can easily see it warping as you tighten. A metal body with torque screws would be great..ya gotta consider the entire inertia mgmt of the driving experience is resting on this device throught th one hand you got on it.... Make it better. I'll pay 30 bucks!

I install the first spinner in a Chevy equinox and was a real good fit. The other went in a 2011 GMC pickup it required a little modification with thicker pads as steering wheel diameter a little to small. But works great now, as I can only steer with one hand due to stroke.
