Gentle herbal formula unlike anything that I have found in the USA. I've ordered this product numerous times, and think it is well worth a the price and a try.

An Effective Natural Means for Enhanced Sleep
I discovered this sleep supplement while in England earlier this year. Unfortunately, they’re not available in stores where I live. I paid almost a third less for this supplement in England. Thus, four stars instead of five because they are overpriced.

OK for mild insomnia, don't work miracles
These work nicely if you just need a little bit of help drifting off. Although they don't last all night like non-herbals. I'm a terrible sleeper and don't want the hard stuff - well not regularly anyway; and these definitely help a bit. Useless for severe insomnia though.
