An improvement with some caveats.
The headset now clamps the front and back of your head. The top strap has a lesser role, but do try and distribute some weight its way by tightening it to the point where it just starts to exert a light force on the top of your head. The back rest is tiltable so if you feel it isn't quite cupping your head as it should then play around. All this is adding to the weight, but for most heads it's bearable. And it balances out the front-heavy Quest 2 so that's all fine. If you carry the headset around then you will need a bigger case, as this thing ain't foldable.

Very comfortable!
My VR experience has become that much more enjoyable with this strap. Fits really nice around the back of the head, light on the head, alot of adjustability, sets you up well for an immersive experience

何気にQuest2の画面の中で本体とストラップ側のバッテリー残り残量まで確認できる。 さすが純正アダプタ。 サードパーティー製の外付けバッテリーでも画面から確認できるかは分かりませんが、 HMD外さなくても確認できるのはとても便利です。

Comodo, raddoppia la durata del visore, utilissimo in uso airlink, personalmente lo trovo molto più comodo della fascia economica in dotazione del quest 2, nonostante il visore rimane “schiacciato sul volto” la comodità d’uso diventa paragonabile al rift (Che ha un sistema di ancoraggio che appoggia il visore sulla fronte) Unica nota dolente; mia figlia di 17 anni di struttura esile non riesce ad indossarlo a causa della robustezza della sagomatura che preme in modo fastidioso sulla sua retro della testa (problema con non li leva con la fascia in dotazione e ne con il rift), io (di struttura media) non riscontro analoga criticità.

Bought for my son who’s happy with it and thinks it really helps balance the Meta quest 3 on his head, making it much more comfortable.

Der Elite-Riemen für die Oculus Quest 2 ist ein echter Gamechanger. Er lässt sich leicht anpassen und sorgt für einen viel bequemeren Sitz als der Standardriemen. Der zusätzliche Halt und die verbesserte Gewichtsverlagerung machen längere Spielsessions deutlich angenehmer. Insgesamt eine tolle Ergänzung für die Quest 2 – definitiv empfehlenswert!
