The filters are packaged in a thick cardboard box. There were no damaged filter. Every filter fits into the RO System.

These filters fit our system perfectly. Ordering in bulk saved us $ and the inconvenience of having to order again in a few months. Basic Instructions are included that helped guide us in the installation.

I have found this to be a quality product that does a great job at removing impurities from water. After using the system for a few days, I was surprised at how much chlorine I could smell and taste in the normal tap water. The basic instructions were straight forward to easily guide you through the installation. The parts were all well labeled, and there were plenty of extra parts to make things easier. Changing out the filters can be frustrating, particularly in an enclosed space.

I’ve been using this system for a couple years bc our city water tastes terrible. I haven’t had to buy bottled water since! Just change the filters per the instructions and you’re set. The filters last a long time. Easy to change. Great water system, water tastes like bottled water!

The water lines in my home are new PEX-B plastic, but the supply from the city is still on Lead-Iron. Even with a whole house sediment filter, this wont grab everything. These filters do a great job at removing tastes from water and even filtering out chlorine.

I ordered this set to replace the filters for the first time on my RO under sink system. I'm a newbie... got the filter for $150K... (house was free). Arrived quicker than expected, complete instructions, and a fancy new quick disconnect setup for the PAC with the correct connectors. Only problem was, my water lines were one sizer larger.OK, this is the DIY "tuition" where you pay more because of what you need to learn. Emailed company with pic's, described situation, informed that I was a newbie and had no real clues... and waited for my disappointment to peak.Never happened! They explained the situation, gently informed me that I'm supposed to tell them I have larger line sizes because it's clearly stated in the product description, and told me what I needed to provide to get the correct setup.To my BIG surprise, they not only didn't charge me, they sent FIVE (5) PAC filters with the correct connectors. I didn't get the fancy quick disconnect solution, but I did get set up for ZERO DIY "tuition" fee. Wahoo!!So, my advice to you fellow RO DIY newbies... take some pic's of your system and send them to the customer support email address. In less than one working day, you'll know what you need. And if you goof like I did, ask for help. This company will do you right!My only remaining question: How do I give this company TEN (10) stars?!!
