amazing label maker, we were having trouble printing once in a while but this issue was fixed with a wifi booster.

Printer works good with a usb wire. Keep in mind, even though this item says it works with wifi, it doesn't without a wifi card. They don't tell you that the card isn't included, But the description shows that it works with wifi. Its kind a a play on words.

Working great, and the network connection is very nice plus.

This was something our business used everyday as we took in new inventory. These are very durable and are easy to set up! I recommend this product if you work in retail.

I purchased this printer because Zebra is supposed to be one of the best thermal printers on the market. Their instructions for set-up are hard to follow and the printer doesn't stay connected to my PC. Very disappointed so far.

The main reasnon I went with Zebra rather than cheaper ones (Rollo, Dymo...etc) is 1- their customer support 2- Ability to print in mini sizes (1"x0.5" & 1"x1") 3- to be able to use ANY type of direct thermal labels I was not disappointed in all of them!! specially the customer service. I did a live chat with the customer support and it got cut off, the team called me on my phone to make sure my case is resolved!!

Had issues with nametag alignment most times I used it. Now seems to have died on me while using it. Do not buy. I wish I could get my money back for a faulty machine.

I looking this printer with ethernet and now I have it. The longline printer and work without any problem, best printer for labling!)

This Label printer is very impressive. We boought this as a replacement for a different branch of label printer that broke after 10 years of service. I was astounded when I saw that after plugging it in it printed the special labels they have correctly immediately. Label printers are usually difficult and different brands normal require different setups. Important to note this is the USB wired printer, it does not have a network interface card, it is easily shareable on a netowrk though.

Products do not match online descriptions. According to Amazon online descriptions there is an Ethernet port, however, there is no Ethernet port (see photo please). I cannot use this product in Canada, the electric plug (2nd photo) is not compatible or suitable for use in Canada.
