How do I pair this with an Android?

Where's the power button? I managed to turn it on once but it won't let me turn it off? The manual is microscopic and my eyes are getting old.

The power on/off button is in the middle of the volume up/down button. After pressing and holding the switch for 2 seconds, the indicator light is on (blue), and headphones power on.
