Igennus Clean Iron Bisglycinate 20mg with Vitamin C, 180 Tablets

This product is exactly as advertised and hasn’t cause me any stomach problems. It has a very faint iron flavor and no smell. The pills are about the size of a Advil tablet, so they’re pretty easy to swallow. I like it so far!

For the first time in my life I became anemic. Tried two iron pills before this and got severe leg cramps. This iron has been amazing. No leg cramps, no stomach issues, and just got my labs back and my iron went all the way up!! I was doing every other day for a month then switched to daily!

Started taking these after my last bloodwork came back low on iron, again, and I'd basically given up on supplements because every ferrous sulfate tablet I've tried left me nauseous or constipated within days. My doctor mentioned bisglycinate is easier on the gut than the standard stuff, so I figured I'd give this brand a shot before writing off supplements entirely. Genuinely no stomach. taking one a day with breakfast like the label suggests. No metallic aftertaste or odor either, which was a problem with a cheaper brand I tried before this. Tablets are small enough to swallow easily too, doesn't sound like much but that mattered to me since I've gagged on the horse-pill sized ones. Energy-wise I feel like I'm dragging less by mid-afternoon, though I can't say for sure how much is the iron versus other changes I've made, just noting it since that was my main complaint going in. Got rechecked at my last appointment and my levels had moved up, so something's working. Six month supply in one bottle is a nice touch, don't have to think about reordering constantly, and it's vegan which was a requirement for me. Only minor thing is the bottle doesn't have the clearest dosage label, had to double check with my doctor on timing around food and other supplements. Would recommend if you've struggled with harsher iron pills before. Worth noting I'm not a doctor, so anyone with iron deficiency should get their levels checked and follow their own doctor's guidance on dosing rather than going off a review alone.

I'm impressed with this supplement. I notice more anecdotal improvement with this formulation after only a week than I have seen with other brands after much longer. No stomach issues, easy to swallow, and I'm feeling a little more comfortable and a little less weak.

Great product, it helps me getting more active in exercises and size of pills are just great. Since they are including vitamin C, it has high absorption.

I’ve been taking 2 of these every other day (taking iron every day makes it hard to absorb!!!) for 6 months, and it raised my ferritin by 10%. Easy on the stomach, affordable, and effective.

Fijne ijzer pillen, mild voor de maag. En handig dat er vitamine c bij zit zodat het ijzer makkelijker wordt opgenomen.

I've only been taking for 2 weeks so I don't know the long term effects. So far so good. Hasn't upset my stomach in any way. Small and easy to swallow
