Is this honey good for colds and coughs? or does it have to be raw buckwheat honey?

i do not know about cold and coughs. and this one is not raw. Raw buckwheat honey cost little more. I know for sure buckwheat honey is very good antioxidant.

I ordered this honey but the glass jar arrived broken. I have been informed that it is not returnable. How can I get it replaced?
