This product works exactly as advertised. I wear gloves when using this, but it’s not a must. Excellent wetting agent that does a really good job and makes short work of cleaning up that nasty carbon buildup. I’ve not tried anything similar that works as well. So glad that I found this product because it’s so effective doing what it’s designed to do. Because it reusable , that makes it a good value. Just wish I’d have found Carbon Cleaner a long time ago! it’s reusable and works very well. Try it, I think you’ll like it.

Soaked my pistol barrel with the comp that would not come off for 15 Minutes. Jiggled it a little and turned it right off. The stuff worked amazing, Great stuff, I highly recommend it

This stuff is great. I use SLIPS lubricant and wanted to try their bore cleaner. Other brands irritate my eyes and nose. Slips carbon killer has no bad lingering smell and doesn’t cause any reaction to my skin. It is a little more expensive but well worth. It completely removed carbon while using less than other bands.easy to use and easy to wipe away. Functions better than expected!

I had this large stainless steel skillet. Someone who shall remain nameless burned the crap out of some unknown food product, and there was a heavy carbon layer that sat on the pan for almost a year. We still use the pan every now and then do a long simmer with aromatic to fresh in the house during the holidays. Yet the carbon was impenetrable. I thought I’d give this product a try. I spread it out on the carbon nothing happened. I was expecting like foaming or something amazing where it would just disappear or become sludge and fall off the pain that doesn’t happen. However, I took a stainless steel scrubber and was very light pressure. All the carbon came off. And what I noticed was a few spots I missed when I use the same scrubber without the cleaner it would not come off. So it seems like it’s the secret decoder hack to get burned on super awful carbon off your cooking pants. Give it a try. It smells like super concentrated orange not a bad smell and be careful opening the jar it has this cap under the lid that you have to be really careful in removing so you don’t spray it all over when you pull the plug out.

Works very well. I cleaned my bolt with this AFTER using a clp. So much carbon came off! Recommend it highly.

Did absolutely nothing on my BCGs. I let 4 BCGs and all parts disassembled in separate ziplock bags for over 24 hours. I was expecting great results and was severely disappointed when I found zero results. I then soaked the same parts for another 24 hours in CLP and had pretty good results. From my experience, this stuff does not work at all.

This works as described. Let high carbon full items sit overnight and it fell off like butter. I didn’t even bother to use the ultrasonic cleaner.

After shooting 100 clays today, I applied a soaked patch in contact with the heavy fouling just past the chamber of my top barrel and let it soak for half an hour. I then wiped with a wool mop. There was very little visible effect. I then repeated the soak for 15 minutes and scrubbed lightly with a bronze brush. A good cleaning effect was now visible as compared with the bottom barrel which had just had the wool mop and the brush applied to it. However, the barrel is still not clear of fouling and requires further cleaning. I would assess this product as moderately successful at removing fouling but very poor value for the price.

Works well, WAY OVER PRICED, Actually this was a total rip off. You can find significantly cheaper elsewhere. The product itself is amazing though. I give the seller a 1 star and the product a 5 star. That's how I came up with this rating.
