After using this for a week, my teeth hurt really bad the further I use it. Will this get better with time?

ZQuiet® uses the front teeth to reposition the lower jaw. This can create some pressure on the teeth particularly if there is a protruding or cooked tooth. Normal clenching and grinding can add to the discomfort or temporary loosening of the ligaments which then re-tighten during the day. To lessen any tooth discomfort, take a night or two off or take an over-the-counter pain reliever like ibuprofen. In the event that you have persistent or prolonged tooth discomfort that lasts for more than a day after removing the device, please discontinue use of ZQuiet®.
