This lock was super easy to setup/install and the app has been amazing to change the codes for our little vacation rental. We have the ability to change the code for the exact stay time for each guest from the app without reprogramming or hassle. Highly recommend.

I purchased two of these locks and installed them myself. Unfortunately after 9 months, one of the locks stopped working. I contacted the seller and after a brief exchange, they sent me a brand new lock as a replacement free of charge. Great customer service!

I needed this lock for a rental property. It allows many different access codes so the maid, tenants and myself can all have a different code. It connects to a gateway (sold separately) which allows me to unlock and lock the door so AirBnb customers can gain access and get the original keys.

I like this and have no problem using it but my husband does I'm thinking because he has fat fingers but I still love it.

The app doesn’t unlock or lock the door. The key does not come out of the door when locked it only comes out when the door is unlocked which doesn’t make any sense. It’s a waste of money. Very disappointed
