Fantastic cushions - as good as the new ones, if not better - cause they are a bit "higher / deeper" - so ears don't touch the insides of the headset. replacing took few minutes and super easy.

These are some replacement pads for Sony WH-1000XM3 headphones. The stock earpads are pleather, and were starting to crack from years of heavy use. I like the feel of fabric earpads (or liners), so decided to give these a try. Installation was easy with the snap-on rear clips, and only took a few minutes. Once on, they stay in place and don't fall off, like some replacement earpads that use adhesive. The material is a soft black microfiber, and it feels like memory foam inside. I highly recommend these to anyone who wants to switch out their 1000xm3 earpads for fabric ones.

最高！もっと早く買えばよかった。諦めていて、新しいヘッドフォンを買おうか考えていたら、これをみつけた。安価なのは沢山あるけど、何が良いか調べていたら少し高いけど羊革のがあったので、ポチりました。これだと長く使えると見越してこっちにしました。最低でも二、三年もってほしい。取り付け簡単です。古いパッドを取るときに、プラスチック定規をつかってとりました。付属のプラスチックの棒でと英語マニュアルにあったけど、見あたらず（おちてました。。）。バターナイフを使えとあったけど、それもいやなので笑付け心地よいです。新品にもどったみたい。音が変わるとは思わないけど、付け心地が良いので、音もよく聞こえている気がします笑
