Very cheap and thin latex, I'm loathe to use the word 'quality' in any context as there is definitely very little quality to these balloons. Plus, they absolutely stink of petrol, strange considering the blurb on the Amazon/manufacturer's description of them. I would have given them 1 star except they do blow up and are actual balloons.

I am sad and surprised that you are allowed to send these out smelling the way they do! They look exactly as expected but smell hideous . The whole house now smells of petrol! Would not buy again and in fact I am returning them after blowing up 5 and having to ventilate my living room for the rest of the morning. It’s a real shame.

When we blew up the balloons on quite a lot of them the pattern on the balloon ripped so couldn’t read what it said on them. They also popped during the party

Never buy it!!!! It has really bad toxic smell ( I don’t know why) made headache and after touching that balloons me and my son had itchy rashes. If you care your kids health don’t buy this product!!!

Such a strong toxic smell of petrol. When inflating it burned from inside . My child also tried to inflate the baloon which is of course scary . Had to throw away the whole lot.

The images rip when you blow the balloon up - waste of money

Great balloons! Vibrant colors with a great image. We were able to blow them up large and had no problems with popping despite toddlers playing with them. I highly recommend.
