So I got this back in the beginning of October but wanted to wait to write a review, whether good or bad. I was doing dry needling prior to receiving this unit. Dry needling was amazing, but not necessarily in my budget right now. I have back issues and carry a ton of "stress" in my neck and shoulders. The dry needling didn't help with the issues I needed it to, so I wanted to try this. For less than 1 appointment of dry needling, this basically does the same thing for a one time price. It helps me rid myself of stress migraines. I'm used to daily pain, so I crank it up to the highest level almost immediately. But I reccomend starting lower at first. And I LOVE the different variations, but #5 massage is my go to, every time. Definitely worth the price, if using for headaches, in my experience.

It looks really cheap and I did expect it to be a little nicer but it works well and it is a rechargeable unit. When charged the unit can be used for hours. It has no clip to attach it to pants, so if you need to move around-wear a sweater.

Very happy with this tens machine, while it doesn’t totally eradicate pain it’s a great thing to have as part of your backup for back pain to give relief and loosen you up to help with walking too. I use it when I’m walking, when I’m sitting & when I’m riding my bike, if I need it it. It does give pain relief that lasts for a couple of hours or soothes the pain, on bad days. The charge last ages, it’s pop in pocket or bag convenient, plus you get four extra sets of stickers! I find it is so helpful, I’m really glad I bought it & I would recommend it as a part of your tools to fight back pain.

Lasted about 3 weeks it was good but now it's shutting off after 5 seconds being turned on
