Just cut two wires. Black to black and connect with provided wire connector and boom we are in service. A couple off brand dewalt batteries and we have hours of fun. I suggest buying a box of 30,35, and 40 amp fuses to have in case they blow which they do from time to time. I used a little bigger fuse with the bigger battery and everything works great . Thank you for great product and so easy.

Picked up two different power wheels off the side of the road during bulk trash pick up days, ordered these adapters, and grabbed a Dewalt battery that we already have on our farm and VOILA- endless fun for the kids. At first I thought this was junk and almost returned but then realized it was because I had blown the first fuse. Replaced with one of the included extra fuses and has been entertaining my kids for HOURS since. We use a Dewalt FlexVolt 20v/60v MAX with this adapter and it works SO well. Super easy to install. Grab a pair of wire cutters and you can install this with no extra tools in about 5 mins max. Definitely recommend.

EASY TO INSTALL: Took 5 mins and I didn’t even have/use a set of wire cutters. Used a pocket knife and the supplied hardware. WORKS AMAZING: I have DeWalt XR 20v 4amp batteries. Plugged them into a roughly 6 year old power wheels buggy and they worked with no issue. IMPROVED PERFORMANCE: The buggy is faster (careful if you have younger/smaller kids). The batteries lasted 30-40min before having to swap. I did not notice/have any over heating issues with the batteries or buggy. I swapped the fuse with a 40amp since other reviews said the 30amps pop pretty quickly. Haven’t popped the fuse yet. 100% RECOMMEND I’ve only had this for a couple of days so there may be updates in the future about longevity. However, the product is pretty straight forward so I doubt the actual hardware will fail. I wish I would have known about this product a few expensive battery replacements ago!

Use this on my baby 12v car to make it 24v volts well give it more power and speed Only down fall it doesn’t last long it’s suck the juice out that battery uses a 20v 5ah

So I immediately installed this once received it took less than a couple of minutes as long as you have a wire Stripper. Comes with the battery, connection, wiring, and extra fuses. After installing this, I notice an incredible increase in speed on the power wheel. Definitely going to buy more to put them on all my kids electric vehicles. I was able to test it out on one power wheel, uninstall it, and then place it on another power wheel to check the speed on that. it worked perfectly on both. My only suggestion is that you make sure the motors are mounted well in the vehicle, because the increase in power will begin to shift them. You cannot beat the price of this item considering the amount of fun, and enjoyment it brought to the children and myself

This saved me from throwing out my daughter’s princess car. Removed the original battery that wouldn’t charge anymore and wired in this battery harness ( easy to do with a set of pliers and connectors to crimp down). REMEMBER to insert a fuse after you get it set-up or when you plug in the battery it won’t work. With the original battery weight gone this thing has way more power and the front wheels lift off the ground slightly when or kids depress the gas pedal. I just throw a 2ah 20v Dewalt battery on the 4-wheeler and let the girls cruise.

My husband wanted me to buy this so he could put it in our grandkids power wheels to replace the battery that it came with. It worked great and my grandkids loved they could go a little faster. Doesn’t take long at all to charge.

Kids inherited a power wheels car several years ago. Battery started to go, kids lost interest, and it sat behind the pole barn for three years. Kids recently asked if they could ride it again. I didn’t want to dump a bunch of money into it so I took a gamble on this product. First, it is super easy to install. Even comes with a little splice clip. Second, a 6ah Dewalt battery makes this old girl scoot like a scalded cat. I had to duct tape 20 lbs of free weights on the hood to keep it from popping wheelies. It’s actually a little scary but the kids are having a great time with it. Will it burn out the original motor? Maybe. Will it cause a small electrical fire? Possibly. But until then, this thing has been totally worth the $10.

Awesome little adaptor. Works as it should. Quick and easy to connect but will have to have a little knowledge of wiring to current machine

Low gear works great with 30 or 15 amp, but if you in high speed or go in reverse more then a few times the fuse will blow (using with a 24v power wheels jeep)

We have a 4 wheeler for my littles and right from the start the big bulky battery that was supposedly rechargeable was obviously not very good. And lots of little kid tears when it wouldn’t go for more than 10 min on a full day charge. I bought this crossing my fingers for a miracle, and it was super easy to install following the video in the ad. (you do have to have SOME rudimentary knowledge of stripping wires and connections) Now the kids are having a ball and we have numerous Dewalt 20v batteries from drills that now they can play for hours without dealing with a crummy dead battery

It comes with four in-line fuses, which may be handy. I don’t know yet for the bonus just the same made of heavy, robust kind of plastic Tylenol everything I expected it to be and more.
