Okay, I purchased this because I am in need of sleep as I have restless legs and insomnia. I remembered it has helped me prior (when I bought some from another merchant) and therefore thought these reviews were worth a try. Immediately on arrival I was impressed with the quality. The aroma is so earthy and delicious! I was happy to see a scoop was provided because I know know in the past I was using way too much! You only need 1/2 a scoop and the scoop is tiny. I made mine in a pour over glass pot and drank it in one of my japanese tea cups. So good! I did not sleep any better, so I think I need mine to be a stronger brew when I make it again. But, I look forward to using this product everyday. I already incorporated it into my smoothie this morning. It is great for anyone who likes to create an "experience" with their coffee or tea. I think reishi is something that should be drank slowly and absorbed into the body as something that is good for you, not rushed like a coffee in a drive through. Overall, fast delivery. Amazing quality! Hightly recoomend.

Quality product

I've been trying to eat more healthfully and finding things I can add to my smoothies to increase my stamina. This was advertised as "Powerful Immune System Booster, Cognitive Health Supplements for Brain Support, Wellness Formula for Natural Energy, Stress Relief, Memory, Liver and Great Status of Blood Pressure Enhancement" so I decided to give it try. It comes with a very tiny spoon and says to add only one spoonful I recommend only using that single spoonful because I think it would add a earthy flavor in a more fruity smoothie if it was too much. But using the suggested amount, it doesn't add any flavor to my smoothie. I've only used it a few times over the past week but will definitely update after some continued use to see if it feels like it effecting my health positively or negatively.

You get alot of powder from each bag! Does not change the flavor of my morning coffee. It does clump a bit, just a little bit of extra stirring is all it takes!
