Excellent beans for Cajun cuisine
I’ve been watching a bunch of Cajun cooking shows and they all use these ingredients. I kept thinking what’s the difference between these beans and the dry beans I get from Fry’s…. Ya big difference in taste , amount of time for soak and softness. I would have posted a picture of my red beans and rice but my hand was too busy with the fork to bother with the phone
