My relative's grand child was struggling so much with place value that I bought things like this. Having pretty colors makes it "fun" rather than a teary-eyed, "I can't do it" math experience. I recommend getting everything as colorful and as hands on as possible. A happy math student is a happy teacher and happy parents. She was taken out of school briefly last year because of falling behind in math and tools like this helped her really catch up.

My 10 year old daughter LOVED using this to learn and retain place values. She used during remote schooling and it really helped her retain this after having months of struggles with this concept.

These are awesome. I didn't need this many but that's not a problem. Definitely helped my son visualize and learn this math lessons.

The color and clarity of the resource is useful. However as a teacher I wanted to write on them with dry erase markers then wipe them off. Unfortunately after I write on them I have to scrub to get the numbers off. Which makes it not user friendly.

I wish they gave you more than four.

It did the trick w what I needed, but would be better if laminated. I took mine to be laminated.
