I bought two of these units in November. My place gets quite dry during the Pittsburgh winter so I was hoping these might help. I put one in the living area and one in the bedroom. The units worked just as I had hoped and the humidity levels came up and made it much more comfortable and noticeably less dry. Recently the one in the bedroom stopped working. I messaged customer service and they were very responsive. I heard back from them within a day and they shipped a replacement unit that arrived 3 days after my initial message. I appreciate the attention from customer service. Overall a very positive experience all around

I’ve been using this air purifier since 2021, and overall it has been a good basic unit for everyday use. It runs quietly and helps with general air quality in a small to medium space. After a few years of use, I started noticing a clicking noise coming from the fan, especially at lower speeds. I contacted Afloia support, and they responded quickly, diagnosed it as a fan issue, and offered to send a replacement unit. I really appreciate their customer service and how they handled the situation. So overall, product works well for its price and size and customer support is responsive and helpful Happy with the support experience.

The humidifier worked great for about a year then suddenly stopped. I reached out to Afloia and they quickly responded, replacing the machine within about a week. Great customer service.

I was on the hunt to upgrade my toddlers’ humidifiers and came across this one in a “Top 5 Humidifiers” article. After reading the reviews, I figured it was worth a try—and I’m so glad I did. I had high expectations since my in-laws have a much bigger unit like this, but this one honestly exceeded them. The difference is immediate. When you walk into my bedroom or my boys’ rooms where these are running, you can feel and even smell the moisture in the air. It’s such a relief, especially at night. I also actually love the soft fan-like noise it makes—we already use sound machines, so it blends right in and is really soothing. If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would. I’ve already bought three and would absolutely buy again. When we build our next house, I’m planning on getting a bigger one for our main living space too.

If I had written this review a few months ago, I would have given this product 5 stars. I loved that it combined the air purifier functionality with the optional humidifier add on. And when the product was working (within the first 6 months), both functions worked well and I was very happy. However, the product has stopped functioning completely, and I cannot understand why. The power will no longer turn on. I've tried replacing the air filter, unplugging and resetting the unit, using a different power outlet. Nothing that I have tried has resulted in this product working again. And I have tried to contact Afloia customer service via their email ([email protected]) twice with no response after several weeks. I also have not heard back from the seller for this order. At this point, I cannot recommend this product if the lifecycle is only 6 months. I have also not received any assistance from Amazon either on this matter.
