I always have my doubts about products like this but in this case what is claimed by the producer actually happens. I am type 2 diabetic and rarely get my blood glucose below 140 using 250mg of metformin daily but with the addition of berberine It have been as low as 98 and regularly between 100-120.. So I believe it does what is claimed.

I started taking this about five days ago and it will have your stomach upset but it's better than taking Metformin. But if you have taking Metformin before you should already knows how it will make you feel the first week. This is a good product to used but the tiny side effects is not good. But I will continue to take it and push through it.
