These energy gels were a great addition to my half marathon training regimen. I got tired of continuing to use regular Gu gels, and so the gummy version was perfect to offer a different texture while still getting the necessary replenishments. The best part was not needing water to swallow them. You can easily chew them up and I was surprised at how well they tasted and how easily they went down. I didn’t have any digestive issues mixing these with other options during my runs and found them to be an extremely effective addition to my refueling plans. Will definitely be buying more of these as I move from half to full marathon training.

I have been taking Gu product's since 2020 specially for my long distance rides. The product is very gentle with my stomach and taste really good.

I have been using the gel products for over a year. Bought a box of these chews and I am not clear how many chews to take how often. The packaging isn't clear how many "doses" are in each package. The product I am happy with. Just wished I knew how many chews to take how often. With gel packs it's easy, but the chews are so much easier and less messy than gels. But.... how many chews in what time frame. I am aware it varies by person, workout, intensity. But something using a single chew ad a reference is useful.

Love these gummies! They give you just the right amount of boost when you are feeling tired on a hike or run. An essential part of our snacks when climbing mountians.

They are really great, an excellent booster when you feel down!

Training for marathon. & these keep me going

By far the easiest to digest & eat as you are working out because: 1) the blocks are smaller, easier to chew & swallow when you are breathing hard & won't tear your fillings or crowns off being so sticky. 2) The smaller bites mean you won't spike yourself with too much caffeine at one time, just keep a constant stream of energy without feeling like you're having a heart attack 3) It actually tastes good, not too acidic like some of the other flavored blocks. Not worth it because it is now just as expensive as the Cliff Blocks that are way overpriced too. When I fist bought them in the last year it was $22.50, which is a GREAT value, but in less than a year it's now over $30. Not worth it, none of them are at that price.

Was keen to try these. They taste great BUT the recommended portion is 8 chews….that's a big mouthful and lot if you are running. Unless you stop and/or walk for a couple of minutes that’s a lot of chewing so you don’t choke. I wanted them for the caffeine hit (which is the 8) but I ended up eating 4 at a time every 5 km which was fine for the sugar hit but missed out on the caffeine hit.
